These Terms govern your access to and usage of all content, products, and services available at www.tldprivateinvestigators.co.za (the \”Service\”), operated by TLD Private Investigators (\”we,\” \”us,\” or \”our\”).

Your access to our services is subject to your acceptance, without modification, of all terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules and policies published or that may be published from time to time by us.

Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using our Services. By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of the terms of the Agreement, you may not access or use our Services.

Intellectual Property

The Agreement does not transfer from us to you any of our or third-party intellectual property, and all rights, title, and interest in such property will remain solely with TLD Private Investigators and its licensors.

Third-Party Services

In using the Services, you may utilize third-party services, products, software, embeds, or applications developed by a third party (“Third-Party Services”). If you use any Third-Party Services, you understand that:

Any use of a Third-Party Service is at your own risk, and we shall not be responsible or liable for any Third-Party websites or services.
You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

Accounts

When creating an account for access to certain parts of our Services, you agree to provide us with complete and accurate information. You are solely responsible and liable for any activity that occurs under your account. You are responsible for keeping your account information up-to-date and for ensuring that your password remains secure.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security at [email protected].

Refund Policy

At TLD Private Investigators, we require a 70% deposit on all services. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable due to the time and resources allocated to each case from the moment we begin work. We are committed to delivering results, and we ensure all efforts are made to serve our clients in the best manner possible.

In situations where the client chooses to terminate the service early or if the investigation is deemed completed before the estimated duration, the remaining balance (30%) may be considered refundable based on the services already rendered.

However, any fees related to travel, consultations, or specialized resources expended are non-refundable. We strongly advise all clients to fully understand the scope of services before engaging.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of our Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, effective immediately.

If you wish to terminate the Agreement or your TLD Private Investigators account, you may simply discontinue using our Services. All provisions of the Agreement which by their nature should survive termination, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability, will remain in effect.

Disclaimer

Our Services are provided \”AS IS\” and \”AS AVAILABLE.\” TLD Private Investigators and its suppliers and licensors disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our Services will be error-free or that access will be uninterrupted. You use our Services at your own risk.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

The Agreement and any access or use of our Services will be governed by the laws of South Africa. The proper venue for any disputes arising from this Agreement or any access or use of our Services will be the courts located in South Africa.

Changes to Terms

TLD Private Investigators reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or by posting a notice on our website. Any changes will take effect after a reasonable period of notice.

Your continued use of our Services will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
